You agree to use Social Auto Poster in full compliance with all applicable third-party platform terms, policies, and guidelines, including but not limited to Meta’s Developer Policies, Facebook Terms of Service, and Instagram Terms of Use.

• You are solely responsible for all content, images, videos, captions, and links scheduled or published through the software.
• You agree not to use the application to engage in spamming, harassment, unauthorized automated scraping, or distribution of illegal/harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All intellectual property rights in Social Auto Poster (including software code, UI designs, logos, and documentation) belong to us. You retain full ownership of any content you create and publish using the application.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Social Auto Poster is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future updates to third-party APIs (such as Meta API changes).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Auto Poster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, social media account restrictions, or data loss resulting from your use of the application.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke license validation or suspend access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
