User Data Deletion Instructions

1 Method 1: Remove App & Revoke Permissions via Facebook

To revoke Social Auto Poster's access to your Facebook account and delete associated permissions from Facebook's platform, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
3. In the left-hand sidebar menu, scroll down and click on Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations depending on your account type).
4. Locate Social Auto Poster in the list of active applications.
5. Click the Remove button next to the app name.
6. In the confirmation dialog, check the optional box if you wish Facebook to delete posts or videos previously published by the app, and click Remove to confirm.

Once removed, Facebook will immediately revoke all access tokens, and the app will no longer have access to any of your Facebook Pages or account data.

2 Method 2: Delete Locally Stored Data within the Desktop App

To erase all credentials, connected Facebook Pages, scheduling history, and downloaded media cached on your computer:

1. Open the Social Auto Poster application on your computer.
2. Navigate to the Settings / Accounts section.
3. Click Disconnect Account or Logout next to each linked Facebook Page to purge the access tokens from your operating system's secure storage (flutter_secure_storage).
4. To clear all local database records, post queues, and caches, click Clear App Data / Reset Database in the settings menu.
5. Alternatively, uninstalling the application and deleting the local configuration directory completely purges all local data from your system:
   • Windows: %APPDATA%\SocialAutoPoster
   • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/SocialAutoPoster
   • Linux: ~/.config/SocialAutoPoster

3 Method 3: Request Server-Side Data Deletion via Email

If you have registered an account, purchased a license key, or contacted our support, and wish to have all your records, email address, machine activation IDs, and license records permanently erased from our licensing database, you can submit a manual deletion request:

1. Send an email from your registered email address to khalilhoti@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Social Auto Poster - User Data Deletion Request.
3. In the body of the email, please provide:
   • Your registered email address
   • Your License Key (if applicable)
   • Facebook User ID or Page Name (optional, if relevant to your inquiry)
4. Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 to 48 hours and permanently purge all related metadata within 30 days in accordance with GDPR and Meta Developer Policies.
5. You will receive a final confirmation email containing your deletion confirmation reference once completed.
